Horizon staff can tailor an exquisite room for your meeting, conference, or event in Chiang Mai. As a leading MICE hotel in Thailand, we offer 2 grand ballrooms, 16 meeting rooms, and a team-building venue in our 115-acre botanical garden. We also provide ground transportation to and from the airport for your guests. 

Book our entire Grand Ballroom, which can seat up to 800 people. For smaller conferences and meetings, the ballroom can be divided into two smaller venues, each seating up to 300 guests. Also within our property in Chiang Mai is the Horkum Twee Room, which can seat up to 450 guests for meetings. We have a size available to suit everyone’s needs. The rooms are equipped with the latest A/V equipment, and refreshments and meals can also be provided upon request.

Our hotel in Chiang Mai also boasts five Lanna-style conference rooms. Our rooms are between 204 and 240 sqm. and can comfortably seat up to 160 people. Food and beverages can be provided upon request.

At our hotel in Chiang Mai, we also have six meeting rooms that can accommodate 5-50 people. These rooms are perfect for intimate seminars, small conferences, and private business meetings. We also have A/V equipment available, and refreshments and meals can be provided upon request.
